I have chosen to make a difference in my own life and in the lives of others, to love what I do and to have passion for my work. I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and a graduate of the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego, CA. I have over 800 hours of training in bodywork and somatic education.

I have two convenient locations to serve my clients, ProSport Physical Therapy and Spa Gregories, both in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. I am licensed, insured and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
